Conference format

Gathers to analyze and address the relations between systems at different levels: the systems that emerge among us as members of the occupation itself, local and regional systems, and large-scale systems (national or international, for instance). We are committed to developing workable proposals for concrete action at all three levels. Our conversations aim to link the movement's practical and theoretical concerns together in the service of collective and individual growth.

Conference format

The concept is to:

1) Invite sectors in our local area to use this format to have a 'sector conference' under the umbrella name (Eugene City of Peace ... Youth, Eugene City of Peace ... Homeless or The world we want ... youth, the world we want ... homeless or clean water or elections or foreclosures ... endless

2) Do a conference 1x/month

3) 'WE' (a defined group who offers this format to sectors) explains the concept and format of conference.

4) The 'Sector' self-organizes everything else: they invite, supply food, open up the agenda, get volunteers, money and a place and advertise. 'We' are included as 'partners'.

5) 'We' then do a debrief so we can assist the next group to fill in the gaps and do it more easily.

The goals:

1) Have fun
2) Be renewed by the conference
3) Repeat the conference a year later in that Sector to see what has changed and what gaps are still lingering.
4) Grow the capacity for more groups/individuals/agencies etc to work together on the gaps or improvement

SORRY ... I'VE TRIED UPLOADING BOTH .DOC AND PDF AND BOTH EXTENSIONS ARE 'NOT PERMITTED'. ANY CLUE?

Here is the format as copied and pasted. Anyone who can help me figure out the upload attachment .. please do

Can't even copy and paste because it's slightly formatted. Anyone who can help would be appreciated.
