Occupy Eugene asks for your time and energy so that, together, we can continue to build coalitions, pressure our elected leaders, and work to end the inequality and injustices in our community and in our country. OE does not restrict itself to a specific set of issues. The causes we take up are generated and developed in accord with the energy and enthusiasm of OE participants. We welcome any level of support. You can make a difference in many ways. You don’t need to be a pro, as training can be provided in most areas. What can you help with?

PUBLICITY:

  • Sign makers
  • Writing: press releases; opinion pieces; letter to editors; skits; quest guest columns; website blog; newsletter
  • Designing flyers and posters
  • Distributing flyers and posters
  • Canvassers
  • Tabling at events
  • Live streaming events
  • TV show production
  • Speaking: to press; to your membership organization; to other organizations; at rallies and events; radio and tv shows; to city council
