The Whoville Protest Camp was at 8th & Mill St. several times. The small patch of grass was by the alley next to the immigration office and across the street from the new Federal Building. The immigration office allowed Whoville to get water from their outside faucet and it served as a very good piece of public property that was visible for protesting. The location was also accessible, which was important since there were people with disabilities living at the camp.
