WHOVILLE ON 7TH & GARFIELD STREET

The 7th Avenue protest site was on a piece of property that belongs to the Dept. of Transportation.  Protesters had researched the rules to find out that regulations for eviction from ODOT properties gave campers 10 days before “no trespassing” signs would be posted.  It was a respite for the weary group, who were worn out from constantly being evicted from place after place–even though there was no place for them to go.
