David Zupan has used media to help with activism in Eugene for many years.  He filmed Occupy Eugene’s first big Day of Rage march on October 15, 2011 and has continued to video the movement throughout its evolution these past years.  David helped Jana Thrift (with the Occupy Eugene Media Group) produce the video “Houseless Not Hopeless “; which won an award at the 2014 Eugene International Film Festival.  He continues to help the Occupy Eugene Media Group by donating his time when he can; helping with both recording and editing videos about local activism efforts.
