WHOVILLE OPEN HOUSE – FEBRUARY 22, 2014
Whoville wanted the public to know why they were protesting and to see the good that they were doing, so they had an Open House on February 22, 2014. Eugene community members donated food, entertainment, toiletries for the unhoused, socks and more. Great fun was had by all with the Mayor and several council members attending. It was an excellent opportunity for the housed and unhoused to get to know each other better and learn more about the increasing problem of more and more people becoming unhoused.
