CONESTOGA HUT DEMONSTRATION AT THE PARK BLOCKS – DECEMBER 10, 2012
In the winter of 2012, Community Supported Shelters (CSS) took a Conestoga Hut to the Park Blocks in downtown Eugene to demonstrate how the huts could be used to really help people. CSS has since then been a part of several other public events and fundraisers, helping to educate the community. Conestoga Huts greatly improve the quality of life for people in need and the CSS demonstration really helps you understand how important it is and how easily we could implement “community supported shelters”.
