CONESTOGA HUT AND TENT SHELTER AT COMMUNITY ALLIANCE OF LANE COUNTY (CALC) – Proud Gardeners

The men who live in the tent shelter and Conestoga Hut behind CALC like their privacy but if you ask them about their beautiful garden, they will tell you all about it.  They are growing heirloom plants and unique varieties and when you go to the camp you can barely see behind the greenery.  Having a space to garden and feel at home is so important for anyone’s state of mind and it is thanks to CALC that 3 more people in the world are living happier than they have for awhile.
