Erik de Buhr, director of Community Supported Shelters, told the audience at First Christian Church that CSS has built 37 Conestoga huts for homeless people to live in. The huts are in the two “rest stop” camps that CSS runs, Opportunity Village and church parking lots around Eugene and Springfield.
