I visited the future site of a city-sanctioned legal homeless camp with Gordon Sturrock on Oct. 31, 2013. The site looked doable to us, but it would depend on how wet it gets when there is heavy rain. It’s southwest of the intersection of NW Expressway and Chambers, west of the Chambers bridge over the railroad tracks. — Lynn Porter
