OPPORTUNITY VILLAGE EUGENE (OVE) – Interviews with Andy Hebin

Andy Hebin helped design many of the Tiny Houses at Opportunity Village Eugene (OVE).  The tiny houses in OVE are a great step up off the streets and the unhoused people living in them, love it.  Andrew wrote a book called “Tent City Urbanism:  From Self-Organized Camps to Tiny House Villages”.  It talks about how we can change the situation of homelessness in America by creating Tiny House Villages like Opportunity Village Eugene.
