OPPORTUNITY VILLAGE EUGENE (OVE) – GRAND OPENING – OCTOBER 5, 2013 – Video by Lynn Porter/Homeless Action
A large crowd showed up to see the Village, which has been operating for a little over a month. Food was served, there were speeches and musical entertainment. It’s still under construction. Will eventually have 30 micro-houses, and 35-40 residents.
