CONESTOGA HUT PROGRAM

In an effort to help both the unhoused and business owners, Community Supported Shelters works to help provide people with Conestoga Huts to live in at churches and business throughout Eugene.  While the hut provides someone with much needed shelter, a secure place for belongings, and a port-a-potty; it also allows business owners on site security, which is especially valuable at night.  Community Alliance of Lane County, First Christian Church, the Unitarian Universalist Church and the South Hills Center, LLC are several places that have happily had residents in huts for some time now.
